New York Teriyaki in Yakima

Worst ever. The chicken tasted as if it was reheated and old. Both my co-worker and I are from out of town and he is from Portland and was extremely hungry and was much more disappointed. The teriyaki sauce was runny and the salad was not even chopped it was like they literally peeled the lettuce and huge pieces thrown in. Never again will we return. Bad flavor.

AMAZING PLACE AND TASTE GREAT!!! The customer service is spot on, and they always have your food out quick. I recommend this place to anyone looking for Chicken Teriyaki or Sushi!

Great food, nice folks.

I generally go here for lunch every now and then. When I go there, the service is always fast no matter how busy it is. The food is quite delicious and not too pricey, at least for the lunch menu. The staff have been friendly with me every time that I have been there. Overall I definitely recommend this business for tasty, reasonably priced Asian cuisine.

Customer service was horrible! The older woman that was serving us seemed put out that we needed things. Also, i asked for an extra plate because my friend and i were sharing and she argued with me about whether or not i needed an extra plate and when i insisted on an extra plate she walked away shaking her head. We will not be back!

The staff here are quick to seat you! Wait for your food is 10 min. More importantly - Food are delicious!!! Gotta give them 5 star cause they have not failed me not even once!

Im giving the 3 stars for their amazing food.. however its a 5 star, only issue i have is the service. Our server was rude as ever!

SO INCREDIBLY RUDE AND EMBARRASSING! I could not hear the young man mumbling (and speaking very quickly - with a heavy accent) behind the counter taking my order. I kept saying, "I'm so sorry, I didn't hear you." (Plexiglass everywhere and he was wearing it over his face/mouth also.) After about the 3rd time, he actually threw down the order pad on the counter, waved both arms, and LITERALLY SCREAMED "YOU WANT SOUP OR NOT?!!" I was absolutely horrified, as was his supervisor, who did apologize. Regardless, I likely will not return. How awful ... I just can't even ... #SORUDE #NEVERAGAIN

Quiet, clean, pleasant atmosphere. Food was delicious. Prices were fair. Will definitely be returning.

Great place to get takeout. Nice cozy, quiet atmosphere if you eat in. They had mochi ice cream the last time I ate there which was a nice surprise.

Ordered 4 burgers very hard language barrier.I ordered 3 of them with bacon in the end. I had previously said 2 but changed my mind and confirmed with him, 3 of 4.When I called with wrong order he denied what I said.Also what burger joint don’t grill onions?!Burger wasn’t great, stail buns and warm fountain soda

Always quick and always kind. I've ordered chicken and rice takeout from here many times and it's always cooked perfectly. Highly recommended.

We love this place as their food is fresh and very delicious. Our main menu when we are heading out or coming back is their beef teriyaki and then their meal w/beef teriyaki and fried rice! Very good tasting teriyaki and their fried rice!

Service is pleasant but could be a little bit quicker. Don't let that stop you from lunch here just keep in mind that it's fresh food Cooked when you order it.

Fast prep times, good portions, and attention to the detail of quality in their chopsticks. Called in to order and within 7 minutes I arrived to my food hot and ready on the table. Area was clean and I will have to go for a Japanese beer in the future.

Very good food very friendly I go there a couple times a month for the chicken terriaky great flavor.

Good food and the people who run it are very nice understand English very well also
